Does Platey count calories?

No. Not on any screen, ever. We calculate them in the background to build the right plan for your body, but you never see a calorie number. That's the whole point.

What happens if I miss a day or skip a meal?

Nothing bad. No guilt-trip notifications, no streak-loss penalties. Platey updates your plan and moves on. Weight loss is a long game, not a daily pass/fail.

Can I change my cuisines later?

Yes. Any time in settings. Next week's plan reflects your updated choices.

Does it work with Apple Health / Google Health Connect?

Yes, both. Platey reads your weight from your smart scale, your steps, workouts, and resting heart rate. It writes your weight back so your ecosystem stays consistent.

Is it vegetarian / halal / gluten-free friendly?

All of the above. Full dietary filters are set during onboarding and editable any time.

Is this a subscription? Can I cancel?
